RETURN POLICY

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item follow the directions below:

 - report your return in advance via info@houseofmoose.com, items that are not reported will not be taken in consideration.

 - indicate the order number 

- (optional) You may indicate why you would like to return your order so we can improve our Product Range.

Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Please note: the return will be at your own expenses and risk therefore it is recommended to keep a track & trace code.
